This section contains recipes for Beef and Lamb. I will try to be as consistent as I can be when it comes to measurements. As some of the dishes will be Turkish this may not always be the case. They tend to use a lot of measurements like glass, cup, handfull, pinch. I will do my best to measure out what I do some it's not as random!
